I was so impressed with this information, that I purchased it myself.
I followed the easy to follow instructions and created my own single cell Hydrogen generator.
During my initial test in my 1999 Chevy K-1500 pick up truck with the 350 CID engine (133,000 Miles old), I found that my best gas millage ever of 16 MPG had improved to 20 MPG.
My test was over a 90 mile treck from Chester Vermont, up and over the green mountains into the white mountains of New Hampshire. The trip you might imagine was over the mountains on 2 lane roads with a 36 mile stetch of highway on interstate US 91.
